Dr. Fernando Archuleta believes that everyone deserves to feel confident in their smile, and he is passionate about giving back to the Germantown community by making that possible. Early in his career, Dr. Archuleta committed himself to using his skills to change people's lives for the better — and that mission is at the heart of Century Dental's Annual Free Smile Makeover. Having helped hundreds of patients achieve the smile they've always wanted, Dr. Archuleta knows firsthand the life-changing impact a healthy, beautiful smile can have. This special event is his way of extending that opportunity to a deserving member of the community who may not otherwise have access to care.

The Annual Free Smile Makeover begins with a nomination process in which a photo, along with a letter of up to one page, is submitted on behalf of a friend or loved one. A recipient is then selected based on need and merit. The chosen individual will meet with Dr. Archuleta and his dedicated team at Century Dental for a thorough examination to determine if they are a good candidate for the makeover. If they qualify, a full treatment plan is presented — completely free of charge. Dr. Archuleta and the entire Century Dental team look forward to this opportunity each year to transform a deserving smile and make a lasting difference.
